Your head office is in Victoria but I live in Western Australia. Can I still use the service?
Yes. We have offer an online counselling package just for you!
Is there a waiting period?
Absolutlely not. Once you’ve purchased your package, you can go ahead and book your first appointment or book all of your appointments!
How many sessions will I receive per year?
You can purchase as many sessions as you like and use them when you like. There are five sessions in both of our face-to-face and online counselling packages.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. Anyone can purchase and use our counselling sessions. However, you will need a GP referral if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate. Medicare will rebate one appointment a day and cap rebates at ten sessions per calendar year (1 January – 31 December).
Can I use them all at once?
Yes. You can use all of your sessions at your discretion. However, if you are wanting to claim a Medicare rebate, you can only attend one appointment per day.
Are my sessions transferable?
Absolutely! You can transfer your sessions to anyone you wish. Just give us the heads up so that we can welcome them!
Will my unused sessions carry over?
Similarly to Medicare and to private health insurance funds, the unused sessions do not carry over to the next year.
What about cancellations and No-Shows?
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and appointments that are not attended, are forfeited.
